Overview:
InnoSI used multidisciplinary research on innovative ways of implementing and financing social welfare. The project conducted macro and micro-level research on social investment policies and initiatives, using mixed-method case studies with strong citizen voice elements, to support the development of policy-focused findings.
People’s Voice Media led a User Voice work package that used Community Reporting to gather and curate lived experience insight from beneficiaries of social innovation programmes and policies across Europe. The stories covered areas such as employment, families living with complex issues and disability to name by a few. The insights from these stories were presented as an interactive geo-map, multimedia reports, thematic videos and feature stories.
Impact:
- 118 lived experience stories gathered
- 100 people trained in Community Reporting skills
- 25 Community Reporter Trainers recruited and capacity built
- 10 Community Reporting training programmes delivered
