Nat is a passionate advocate for mental health and inclusion, working to elevate the voices of those who are misrepresented or misunderstood. She has led Public Patient Involvement and Engagement (PPPIE) initiatives within co-produced projects focused on trauma-informed care, ethical collaboration, and accessible service design. Nat is currently developing a framework of support within mental health services for sex workers — a project shaped by lived experience and her commitment to justice and compassionate care.

As a Trustee of People’s Voice Media and The Mortimer Society, Nat brings safeguarding expertise, strategic insight, and deep empathy to support inclusive representation and high-quality care for everyone who has been misrepresented and misunderstood.
