Helen has extensive experience of designing and developing programmes that support meaningful change for people and places. She’s interested in design-led, participatory and innovative approaches, and in work that challenges inequities. Her work has focused on the early years and education fields. She has a creative practice as an oral storyteller and is interested in the connections between creativity, community and social justice. She is based in Wales and is a Welsh speaker.

As a Trustee of People’s Voice Media, Helen is part of the business development sub-group. She supports the Head of Partnerships and Practice and is the Deputy Chair.
