Hayley is an experienced third sector leader, researcher, and facilitator in social innovation and justice fields. She has worked across the UK and Europe on applied research and community development projects. Her work uses digital tools and creative methods to empower communities, dismantle hierarchies, and create more equitable ways of working in academia, policy, and services. Hayley is currently a Research Fellow at SPARK in Cardiff University.

As a Trustee of People’s Voice Media, Hayley supports the Leadership Team in their business development activities as part of a strategic sub-group, oversees compliance in reporting for the organisation and inputs into our research strategy.
