This project put family voice at the heart of transition processes and was run in partnership with AQuA and Bridgewater NHS. It used video storytelling methods and Community Reporting practices to support families with disabled children to enhance personalisation in transition processes.

Our Role

People’s Voice Media designed and delivered bespoke training programmes to families of disabled children to equip them with the know-how on how to enhance their education and healthcare with video stories. We also developed and rolled out an online training programme to support other families to get involved. We were invited to present our findings as the ISQUA international conference. This case study video demonstrates the impact the project had on the families involved.
