With over three decades of experience of working as a Community Practitioner, Kath has managed and delivered a wide range of grassroots projects in education, health, and well-being. She has extensive expertise in community engagement, project management, and citizen participation, working across formal education, the third sector, and hands-on community development. As a freelance creative practitioner, Kath specialises in video production, arts and crafts, and creative writing, using these skills to foster collaboration and meaningful social impact. Passionate about health, well-being, and environmental sustainability, she is dedicated to developing projects that connect people through creativity, nature, and shared experiences that improve lives and strengthen communities.

As Head of Team and Operations at People’s Voice Media, Kath is one-third of the Shared Leadership team who are responsible for the organisation’s overall strategic direction. In her specific role, Kath leads the UK-wide, remote-working staff team at People’s Voice Media. She is heavily involved in business and partnership development, and manages a range of UK and European Community Reporting projects. Kath is also ‘hands on’ in some elements of project delivery where it pertains to her specific skills in education and community development.
