Working with Ideas Alliance, Dudley Council, Black Country Foodbank and the Citizens Advice Bureau, we will be gathering stories about people’s lived experiences of poverty. This will help to inform services and strategies to help address poverty in the area. The stories will also be used as part of a report and also in an exhibition that aims to break down stigma surrounding poverty and raise awareness about the issues at a local level.

Our Role

People’s Voice Media are providing the Community Reporting training to local residents to gather the stories, and are running cross-sector sense-making and Conversation of Change events. We will also edit a short thematic film.
