The Consortium Against Pain Inequalities (CAPE) project will establish whether exposure to adverse childhood experiences contributes to higher levels of chronic pain in adults. There is a Chronic Pain Advisory Group set-up (CPAG) that is a group of people with lived experience of chronic pain that advises the project.
Our Role
People’s Voice Media worked with CPAG members and other people with lived experience of chronic pain in order to gather stories pertinent to the research programme. Together with the storytellers, we will review the stories and identify a set of key learnings from them. These findings will be presented in an engaging digital project and share widely.
