Consultations
We have a strong track record in designing and running consultations, from quick snapshot consultations to more in-depth longitudinal studies.
Our experience of working in communities, along with an understanding of the adaptability of social media tools, means that there are a spectrum of approaches that can be deployed to undertake an effective consultation.
Our expertise can be broadly grouped into:
- Action research - draws on the input of community members trained to report within peer networks on a given topic
- Event-based consultation - views are collected via roving reporters, vox popping or video booths sited in relevant locations.
Our experience can be crucial in enabling communities to better use technology, and it’s a service that many organisations have already taken advantage of, including Salford City Council, Symphony Housing, New East Manchester Regeneration Team, Salford Primary Care Trust, Manchester Digital Development Agency and BECTA ICT Improvement Agency for Schools.
