Community voice case study

We worked with the Manchester Young Carer’s Forum to teach the young people skills in blogging, film-making and story-writing. However, more important than the skills was the sense of empowerment and confidence that the young people learned as they were supported in “thinking the process through.”

We firmly believe that true empowerment comes when people are given the skills to continue to have a voice to tell the stories that matter to them.
